The organising committee for the 17th Australasian Fluid Mechanics Conference is pleased to announce the 2010 conference.
The Australasian Fluid Mechanics Conference has been held triennially since the series inception at the University of Western Australia in 1962. It was originally known as the Australasian Hydraulics and Fluid Mechanics Conference. The 17th Conference will be the third of the series to be held in New Zealand.
Auckland offers a stimulating environment for a fluid mechanics conference with its two harbours, rugged coast line, proximity to the geothermal areas of Rotorua and Taupo, regular hosting of World class yachting events and an abundance of local viniculture.
